Our story

Johann, a Paris-born entrepreneur who moved to the US at age 23 on the quest of the “American Dream” . Baking breads became an obsession the day he made his first batch of dough.

Working alongside his mentor Florian; he provided French breads & pastries to Miami’s well known Cafes, restaurants & hotels for a decade.

Now calling Chattanooga “Home” since 2022, he is devoted to bring France’s bread culture to Tennessee and serve his local community.
